I made this cake using S.b.Jayamani Asokan's recipe, the cake turned out very soft and tasty!
1) Egg x2
2) Hong Kong Flour 140g
3) Sugar 110g4) Coconut Milk 75ml
5) Baking Powder 1 1/2 tsp
6) Ovalette 1 tsp
7) Filling - could be Nutella/Strawberry Jam etc
8) Paper cups
Direction:
1) Whisk all the ingredient with electric mixer at high speed for 10 minutes
2) Mix desired colours in different bowls
3) Fill up the paper cups at 3/4 full
4) Steam for 15-20 min
